What do you Like About Riding?

With all the negativity, I thought I'd try something positive (which, if you knew me, would seem totally out of character).
So, what is it you really LIKE about riding?
 
Very economical way to do a lot of backroad and backstreet exploring, more sensory-engaging than driving, easier to maneuver through some of the tighter locales.

I just like to get out there, with no destination in mind and just ride around, and enjoy the machine. No too much speed, no aggressive riding, no too much risk taking, just cruising around. One thing I hate is "posing", I hate attention, and like to be low key, away from people when I ride, which is hard to do when you ride around the city and have a loud bike but whatever.

I voted 'I just like it'.

I enjoy all of the above options at different times, and couldn't choose just one.

I like the sense of adventure it puts into every day. I go places I wouldn't normally go. It's only been a year, and I've seen a lot more of Ontario. And it's thrilling.

And... you do get looks from girls, which I don't mind... even though I'm hitched. It helps that my jacket makes me look like The Hulk.
 
Really being able to unplug your brain from your regular grind.
 
You rarely (if at all) see a motorcycle parked in a psychiatrist/psychologist/theropist parking lot.

Coincidence?

It makes me happy and keeps me sane.

Let's me take much needed breaks of fresh air and scenery from a sedentary desk job in a dark room...its my drug of choice!
 
i look forward to jumping on her every day. it could be a long ride or a ride to work or even a quick ride to a cafe. Its like a pint of cold beer. it makes whatever youre doing that day/night that much more interesting. Makes me look really forward to even going to school lol

Yeah going to school/work is more fun, getting there still kinda sucks but it's also more fun to leave.
