What do you guys recommend?.

Ya I think you guys are right, I'm looking for a newer used 200 right now, Also what mods do you recomend ?
If you are buying used it should have all the mods you need on it allready, but if not look for-
Bark busters
skid plate
exhaust pipe protection
rear brake protection
spark arrested silencer

I ride a 400 4 stroke ktm and have ridden a 300 and 200 2 stroke at ganaraska and have to agree that the 200 is a great choice.

Wish I would have gone 2 stroke actually.

If they make the 300 fuel injected I think I may need to upgrade from my RM. Fingers crossed!

Been reading up on the 200, From what I have seen the suspension might be to soft for my weight, Who could I go to to setup the bike and are we just talking upgraded springs?

I would recommend KTM Duke 125 for you. It is powered by a 2 stroke, liquid cooling, DOHC valve configuration with a displacement of 124 cc which is able to develop impressive power of 11 KW and belts out maximum torque. KTM Duke 125 is very distinctive and attractive sports bike which carries lots of attitude with it. It is also
powered by water cooling technology which will ensure the cooling of the engine very fast and thus makes the performance of the bike very nice.
Uhhh, what? DOHC 2 stroke? I'm definatly out of the loop!

He is looking for a offroad bike, plus I dont even think you can get a Duke 125 here in Canada, dont know where Rajasthan is.

If you're going to ganny why not just spend a day on one of trailtours bikes? That way you would actually have some sort of perspective and frame of reference as to what you might want.

Hard to find them used, Might have to grab a new 2011 or 2012. On a side note what gear do I need?

If you dont mind clean used gear I still have quite a few KTM pants sz 32-34 and jerseys sz large.
You need
Good MX boots
Body armour suit(all in one upper body protection)
Pants
Jersey
Shin guards
Gloves
Goggles
Well fitting helmet

Boys and girls would a 2013 kx250f be to much to ride the granny?... Reason I ask is I can get one for a great price

Yeah that's a perfect bike for track and trails. My neighbour's brother rides a 2010 kx250f at Ganny, no probs.

Talking to a friend of mine who has lots of enduro experience, he says the only time smaller bikes would have a hard time is in muddy riverbeds where you need gobs of torque.

a 250 is lots for ganny, they have lots of real tight single track, id actually think if you went any bigger you'd be missing out there.
