ride by, if safe give them the old hand to ear thing when they make eye contact.
Ive done that a few times and the driver totally had the look of oh ****, i probably did something wrong because im on my cell..

but mostly the look of, WTF is that guy doing with his hands

The girl in front of me in a Mazda Protege hit her brakes so I hit mine to but I ended up to her left side almost next to the car. She then rolled down her window and gave me the finger. sometimes, it still doesnt get them to move.. ask the deaf old guy who cut into my lane without looking the other day on his bicycle. Had I been in the car he would have been dead and and I would be chatting to a lawyer.
