what car would you trade your bike for?

I'd trade it for a new Jeep and get into off-roading.

I'd happily trade my bikes for either a 1967 Mustang Shelby Cobra GT500 ("Eleanor" from the remake, Gone in 60 Seconds) OR one of a Pagani Zonda Cinque coupe/Pagani Zonda Tricolore/Pagani Zonda R OR a Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4.

I'm but a man with simple taste...

Most likely a truck...cars are useless to me.

Mmmmaaybe a new Boss 302

Ariel Atom... MAYBE... I'd have to test drive it before making my decision.

Good choice. I don't know that any 4 wheeled vehicle would be able to fill the void of my motorcycle when it comes to sheer enjoyment but I think the Atom would come the closest.

intrinsic value...disk disk disk....so no car would bring the same amount of fun as you would hav on a bike

i mean tisk...

Nope. I remember the thrill I had as a 10 year old when I watched an ELR KZ1000 accelerate on the highway from the window of my parents car. Bikes have been in my blood since before I had my first example the same year almost 33 years ago. Cars are what I need for groceries and winter driving. Even when I lived in California and an exotic made more sense than in a country where we can't drive it all year I ONLY cared about bikes. I even got my groceries riding a VFR.

Cars are a footnote that I do enjoy for keeping me warm and dry, nothing more. Nice audio doesn't hurt of course.

Only two that I can think of:

Well played, sir.

Anyone that's ever ridden a liter bike on the street knows of the obnoxious superfluity that they represent. Very few cars can capture that feeling. A positively silly Shelby Daytona Coupe might capture it, but I woud go with the Cobra roadster for the open air feeling. Even a kit car would be fine as long as it's ridiculous, actually I would prefer a kit car as I would want something that was meant to be driven not put in a museum.

Something like this. With something big and very angry under the hood (read: not a 302 small block)

I'd have to really consider a shelby , even the 302, whats the newer engine put up ,500hp? that would work.
The redbull f1 car would just be silly, no cup holders and the width would mean my chevy aveo would have to sit outside the garage.

On a day it snows or rains, any car with a good stereo would be a fine trade.

This would be my choice. Dale Earnhardt won everything in Nascar, but it took him 20 years to win the Daytona 500, this is the car he did it in!

but if i could have one over again,it would be my 1972 Beetle for sure.

Hmm. The '71 Beetle 1100 I had when I was in Germany was one of my all time fave 4-wheelers. And, like you, I wouldn't trade a bike for one.

Oh mine would still be a smallblock pushrod ford...maybe a 427 SB built out of a 351, with a blower or turbo mounted up....it'd be nuts with only 5psi of boost,LOL

Exactly what I had in mind. Not overly difficult to get a reliable 500hp out of that and in a car the size of a Miata.. forced induction might be a bit over the top ;) I do like turbos and superchargers tho.

A milder fuellie engine build with a twin turbo set up....... oh jeebuz! That makes me happy in my pants!

A Rat rod or Track "T" with a 425 Buick Nailhead factory Dual 4bbl however I would want it in addition to my bike not in place of ;)

lol, my parents offered to by me a car of my choice if i gave up the bike, they really didn't want me riding...i still have my bike, and they have since stopped bugging me...i'll stick with bike...it's easier to bump start...
