I can't believe I was half way through the list before seeing Pink Floyd.Read this morning on Reddit. Guy runs through the 100 best rock albums with a summary.
Interesting for sure and I wouldn’t mind giving it a listen. Didn’t see how he listened to it (LP/CD/streaming) but cool experience I’m sure.
Too bad the drums sound crappy but that drummer is very good.
Wow I'm currently listening to their Live in Bulgaria concert and these guys are really good. Looked like an amazing atmosphere. My favourite group (alongside Rush and Led Zepellin) is a departure from hard rock ....a UK outfit called Anathema. I'd classify it as prog/art rock/soft/metal. Although their recent albums are not hard at all.
Awesome! Over the last 3 albums they have added more of the female vocals from Lee Douglas which was very much highly appreciated by me. I saw them live in Toronto maybe 5-6 years ago, I was just thrilled, and that was the last time they've played here. Weird how they have gone from pretty hard to soft over the last 5 albums but I have loved it all.Wow I'm currently listening to their Live in Bulgaria concert and these guys are really good. Looked like an amazing atmosphere.
