Weird new front motorcycle tire noise?

Bearings?

I would do as many static checks as possible but if all of those check out, a quick ride and then quickly feel around to see if anything has heated up. I've never heard anything but glowing reviews of adrian, but there is always the possibility that a spacer is missed or on the wrong side or something similar (wheel now mounted the other direction so the discs and pads are o longer matched?).
This check the directional arrow to see if the tire is mounted "backwards"

Which shop/ dealer did you use for the aforementioned job?

I pulled my wheels off and took them to Dukes of Cycle to swap the tires. Seemed like the owner was very knowledgeable and the shop is spotless. Ask for Carmine if you want a second opinion.

When I put Michelin Pilots on the Goldwing I got howling at city speeds. Upping to ticket speeds got rid of the noise. It was a very specific range caused by the tread pattern.

Others have already come up with good things to check.
Does the bike have a radiator and fan? Fan can be a source of noise, also worth checking.

Are you sure the sound is coming from the front wheel? put it on a front stand and spin it by hand, is it spinning freely? Is it making noise?
if It only happeneds at high speed try doing a long wheelie, does the sound go away and come back when you set it down?
