Wearing headphones while riding

It is not illegal.... I've been pulled over before had them wait patiently while I pulled out my plugs and they never mentioned them once.

I recently picked up a full-function wireless controller for my i-Pod, which allows me to stop play in order to hear what my riding buddies .

Where and how much? also, does it work with iPhone?

Monster iEZClick. $19.99, but can't buy them in Canada. I got mine on eBay from this seller. Works great with my i-Pod Touch, not sure about i-Phone.

I was crossing the border and the young gaurd told me I wasn't allowed to wear ear plugs while riding. I asked him if he could hear things more precisely in his car with the windows up , or the wind blasting in his ears. That was the end of that conversation. He politely waved me through.

Good thing border guards don't enforce the HTA, eh? 'Cause brother don't know his arse from page one. There's nothing wrong with riding with headphones.

riding with headphones will never become illegal IMHO - they'd have to address the deaf driver issue before they could make them so.
