VOS legit?

Hey guys, does anyone else find it hard to believe the bikes at VOS are legit?

I was in there yesterday with my buddy and looking at all these used bikes, how is it that a lot of their bikes barely with 3000km on it and somehow the body looks really bad shape.

My buddy picked up an 08 with "2700km" on it and the fork seal has been replaced and some other stuff was replaced, and the bike looked a bit used.

Noticed the same thing with a lot of their bikes too.

I would never buy a bike from there based on what others have experienced

I just find it strange that somehow all their used bikes are barely even 3000km on the odo. And the bikes dont seem to be in the nicest condition for something with such little km.

Well, they certainly are in the right location, Dufferin St., nestled in amongst all the shady indy car dealers.

Just step away. If it sounds too good to be true...

Yeah, I'd keep shopping around

Not this crap again. I bought mine there. No issues and they are a pleasure to deal with. I've been all through the shop multiple times and no they aren't buying killed bikes and fixing them. They're legit.

I bought my bike from there in April, they are great people to deal with and I would go back again. Yes the bikes are from the USA, they were up front and honest about everything, used vehicle report in my hand before I bought and everything. They are legit.

I bought my r6 there last year. No problems with it so far. Experience wasn't bad at all

Sweet, I was hopeing to hear good stuff about them. I found an old thread in this forum from some time ago and read a bunch of crap ahaha. Guess they are good now?

That's good news!

Or they just got better at patching up the bikes before selling them

If the last thread got them to shape up about vehicle safety certifications (and build quality in general) then perhaps that previous thread was worthwhile.

I love teh internetz. They don't patch bikes. I've randomly showed up there several times and gone into the shop and everything. I think I'd have seen something by now no? Unless you have first hand knowledge or proof of shady things then do everyone a favor and stfu. Stupidity such as "I heard they do this... This guy said they do that" is what kills business and we are already losing enough places to get service or shop. If you think you know better then. Don't shop there. Carry on.

And they're on Keele street nowhere near shady car dealers. One quick Google would have shown you their address.

I've been once with some friends. They took us to the back cuz my friend wanted to see a specific bike and I saw a few bikes without fairings and some odds and ends fairings all around. I'm not saying that looked shady but that's what I saw. I personally wouldn't buy from them only because I wouldn't buy a bike from a dealership. Period. Ok maybe gp if my money situation becomes better.

Wait, you saw bikes in the back of a bike repair shop with the fairings off ?? Maybe these were customer bikes being repaired ?
Nope must be something shady.....
Seriously ?

I said a few bikes and a bunch of fairings. Also I never said I thought it was shady. I'm just saying that's what I saw. You're the one that probably conceived what I saw to be shady.
