I would assume this explains why stunting without proper safety arrangements would result in dangerous driving charges, even if done on private property.

i don't think all them died instantly, biker looks like he is holding the old bob and tackle lying there on the ground...the lady that he initailly slammed into looks like rear head trauma to the bars, so she looked like she pretty much got smoked, but the other lady in the stairwell didn't look like she got hit too bad...

The way he is positioned after is the "decorticate" (sp) position... Basically his CNS is shot, in this case it's major head trauma. It's the result of all his nerves firing at once, due to the force of the hit to the head so he goes stiff like that. Done for sure, I wouldn't even look at him to save him, I'd just move on to the next casualty.

Sort of like shooting a rabbit in the head, sometimes they kick but it's just neuro reflexes, and sometimes they just go really stiff for a few seconds and then limp.
