Very distracted driving

You know those single-DIN receivers they used to sell that had folding LCD screens and could play DVDs? I can still clearly picture a gentlemen watching a movie on one while taking the Finch ramp on to the 400. His driving was so weird I thought he was DUI at first

Same here. At first I thought Gee that's a big GPS. Nope it was a movie.

A few years ago while heading west on 401 I noticed a car swerving around ... a female driver was actually changing while moving approximately 120kph. She changed her shirt, jacket and shoes ... to make things worse, she wasn't good looking at all.
