Vegan backfire

Really no one should be eating diary. The majority of the world population is lactose intolerant. If you stop eating it for any significant amount of time you WILL lose the ability to process it so of course you're going to feel like crap if you stop for a while and then try it again. Of course it's not a terrible idea to cut it out as it's high in fat. That said, it's nearly impossible to cut it out completely. My gf is allergic (different than intolerance) and hates it because it's such a hassle to avoid it and she can't eat most of her favorite foods anymore. Since she stopped eating it she has developed lactose intolerance which now also means if she eats it she gets physically ill which is worse than her allergy symptoms.
 
I knew a farmer who shot a cow because he was extremely lactose intolerant. He cut the legs off another one because he liked ground beef.

Combined score of 7 ......shot cow was meh but ground beef was chuckle worthy.

true story, my Chinese friend...gave him a margarita type drink in summer with less than half a shot of alcohol in a very big glass.
In less than 5 minutes dude turned red and had to sit down for a while, never finishes his drink, had to give him water.

So, yeah...ALL food and all liquids ARE chemicals.
Some things do not mix.

Milk is a real interesting thing. Casein protein is also in tuna (they line the cans with it) it's also in injections (shots, medicine).
Female friends that dropped dairy or cut it out 90% said their periods are less painful (cramps)...plus a few other things they noticed.

Try it ppl, drop all dairy for 2 weeks. There are lots of alternatives that are way better.

In the US they still have HGH in their milk whilst the other developed nations BANNED it.

They say Europeans evolved better to process alcohol because in the old days they would eat fallen apples during the autumn. Give them a tolerance for fermented alcohol
 
I get hives from alcohol now. Used to be able to drink a little bit when younger. Allergies develop and change.

In the UK. Devon and Cornwall they had exactly that. It was called Scrumpy. Very large Vats with rotten apples where fermented. Then, so the story goes, steak was thrown in to help everything go rotten.
The local bars would only sell you one pint. When you held your glass up to the light all you would see is a murky mix of yuck.
You could buy it by taking your own bottles and it was cheap.

Europeans have a better tolerance to alcohol because it is given to them as children at meal time. Was never a big deal. (Wine only)
I know there are a lot of Europeans here. Do you remember all gathering together for your weekend meals with the whole Family?

Same here always had it, even when I had my first drink at 16-17.
Funny story. Was told that due to how the blood circulates having a Viagra helps to stop that effect. Nothing like being horny and drunk for 4 hours. Lol.

I also give a 7, but I liked the shot cow. The ground beef one is as old as Inreb.
