I was thinking the same thing. Wording is slightly ambiguous. I think the property he bought has a house (with a garage) and he will throw a trailer/RV on it as well to rent out.
Correct - the property has a house and a garage, abandoned the idea of an empty lot. I can spy on the guests, lol
