When I went to register my bike my friend who sold me the bike went with me. He didn't want to fudge the sale price of 3,000 being a law abiding person, but when the lady was doing the paper work I said " Hey, you should have changed the sale price to be less, because you through in a jacket, boots, and gloves so the 3,000 is for the whole deal not just the bike. The lady gave me a bored look and said "Just give me a number" I said " I don't know, 2500?" and that's what she put down. My friend couldn't believe I did that. My insurance company then insured it for 5,500
