All these videos confirm that on my ride to NC later this year, I'll be sure to avoid riding Deals Gap. Was on the fence, and now I've lost all interest.

To avoid the yahoos, ride the road during the week; gets pretty crazy on weekends. In September and October becomes much more quiet.

I miss this place...have to hit it again next year....

It's hard to enjoy our roads and flat scenery here in Ont after getting spoiled by The Dragon...

You'd be surprised how hard even doing the speedlimit is in some parts.

And that's what makes it fun, because you don't have to go ripping through as fast as you can to enjoy it.
