Not sure what the ugliest bike ever is but the most beautiful is definitely the 1983 Kawasaki KZ1000R Eddie Lawson Replica.I would kill to own one of those.
I actually like all of Honda's experimental designs. PC800, Rune, DN-01, NM4... more out of appreciation of trying different/new things. Though I genuinely like the Rune and would happily ride one / have it in my curated bike collection
not really a motorcycle, more of a scooter...not really ugly...depending on who is looking.
and then there is my all time favourite, but I guess that is more of a custom build.

The Hayabusa has a cult-like following. Pics don't do that bike justice. It has a presence that can only be felt in person lol. Atleast that's how I feel about it.
