Two wheeled thing with a motor

I had a bicycle once that was a chopper I made in high school and attached a zoom bicycles 88cc 2 stroke to it but it was pretty ****** it could do 52kph but it was so buzzy it was comfortable at like 25. this was 7 years ago I put the engine on it and cops never gave it a second look. might be different now with all the e-bikes rolling around.
 
I should think electric is the way to go now,
:I way more stealth like for the full on urban hooligan riding that is sure to become illegal very fast.
