Omvic might take issue with reneging on a verbal deal, I’ve seen them slap a dealer and make them honour verbal deals.

Do you have a copy of a flyer or ad (kijiji, auto trader, marketplace)? These can also be trouble for dealers ad Omvic holds them to selling as listed.
