I just bought my '17 TV4F at Two Wheel and am pretty happy. Ian -- who used to work at Tri City -- is a great guy; basically threw me the keys to a Tuono demonstrator and told me to take as much time as I wanted. What shop does that nowadays with a 175HP supernaked? He's responsive to questions and always eager to help.
I was just there last weekend looking at helmets as my Arai is as loose as hell due to some weight loss on my part. The folks at the parts counter (names escape me) suggested new cheekpad inserts instead and even supplied me with pads the one guy had ordered for his helmet. A new Arai is $750; these folks saved me hundreds and hundreds.
I'm taking the Tuono in for its first service on Thursday. I have no reason to expect anything untoward but am naturally nervous. I'll report back when I get the bike back.
