This a great ride that I do when in Niagara.
Roll into St Kitts and hit Screaming Tunnel, it's out of the way on a dirt road, but worth it.
You can get to the Thorold tunnel easily from here.. hit the East Main tunnel in Welland and then the Townline Rd Tunnel near the Motorcycle Club. I also suggest stopping off at Luciano's Pizza in Welland, a solid Welland style pizza. Take River Rd back to the highway.

try the tunnel at the foot of yonge street downtown. The best tunnels I have ridden are the tunnels on Sepulveda Road under LAX airport. Here is a youtube video I found online

Just east of King/Dufferin is alright, be mindful of the streetcar tracks though.

I am thinking of the bridge at dufferin that passes under 401 lol, and Yonge street south of front, and the new bridge at simcoe st south of front
