It has often been very nice Thanksgiving weekend. I remember a couple of years riding in sunshine and low 20's. Very nice indeed. Having said that, I don't trust any forecast more than about a day or two out this time of year.
Not this time of year. Weather man can't be trusted,
I don't cancel plans based on the weather predictions unless I look outside and see what they see.
Weather looks good for the upcoming weekend, gonna try to make Timmins on my bike for the long weekend. 8C going, 15C returning should still be comfortable.

Do you prefer Hwy. #11 or #144 once you reach the N. Bay - Sudbury area?
Used to go to up that way lots when my Uncle was alive. He lived in Schumacher all his life and worked in the McIntyre Mine.
11 is easier and a bit faster, 144 is a nicer ride.
My destination is near Schumacher (what a dumpy town) - my final destination is Porcupine so 11 is about 1/2hr quicker at speed limits. 144 is usually wide open so if you're running overspeed it's quicker.
Yes, Schumacher is a sh*t hole for sure. My uncle & mother both grew up there during the great depression (can't even imagine that!).
Toughened them up though. Uncle made it to 99 & my mother will be 100 next month.
