Tron legacy motorcycle jacket!!!

Awesome. Imagine how cool I'd look when I got off the bike and went into the mall wearing a batman suit. Can't wait for all the lady attention.
...and holding your helmet! Man i am ordering that Tron suite.

Wouldn't those "ladies" be about 12 years old?

looks cool, but i wouldn't be caught dead riding wearing one in public :p

So I geeked out and went to the FanExpo. I ran into the Universal Designs booth.

Looking up close the leather is really thick and has armour. It looks like good quality gear (except the storm trooper helmets). Personally, I wouldn't get any, but they look cool. Here are some pics from my phone.

Well, full racing leathers makes you look like a motorcyclist interested in preserving your skin. Wearing a fictional character costume creates somewhat of a different image, IMO. But, to each their own. I was just confused as to whether it was a joke. Now I understand it is not. Thanks.
maybe in the mirror it does. to everyone else doing 50km/h in racing leathers looks ridiculous. Like others I'd rather get a smile for wearing a batman suit then look like a wannabe power ranger in leather pajamas. both are equally silly, one you clearly know you're being silly, one .. some don't.

I know I look silly in my leathers. But at highway speeds, I want that protection. Usually if I'm wearing it in the city, it's because I've commuted from a different city/town along the 401 or I'm heading out/coming back from a more aggressive country ride.

Found this on a forum, thought it fit well here:
