Looking for a triple tree stand pin for a 2005 CBR600RR. got 5 different sizes with the new stand but none are the proper size..... anyone know where I can order the right size?

Thanks

I had that issue with my 10R, they were too big or too sloppy in the stem.

I ended up sanding down the one that was slightly too big.

That's a great idea! The weird thing is. The 5 pins I got. The largest one need to be double the size just to fit lol I'm using the largest one for now. But trying to find the proper one. For some reason seems the 05-06 sizing is huge compared to all other bikes lol

I found the same thing when I bought a stand for my 99 CBR600F4. I ended up sticking a deep socket over one of the pins. Sorry, I don't remember the size I used, and I can't read it right now as it's holding up the bike. (Front wheel is currently off).

I was able to find one that was both snug on one of the pins, and inside the steering head.

Great idea! Maybe I can tac weld one to the pin.

Thx buddy.

Royal or GP bikes can order you an extra set of pins, different than the ones that comes with the stand.

I had the same issue with my CBR, x-tra pins were $10-$20.

What brand is the stand?I know some shops that stock pitbull pins, others have to be ordered..

Or you can easily have someone with a lathe turn you up one for cheap

Thx for the replies. It's just a no namer from Royal. Ill see if they can order me right one first. Thx again

I'm guessing they're all too small. I used a suitable deep socket to make up the difference between the stem and one of the pins till I had time to make a permanent adapter.
I can make another adapter, but the lathe is in the unheated garage.

Thanks guys! I actually need to order my back protector from Tony so I should see if he can get me one.

Cheers
