Track/Race Pictures

I've got three days at Grattan queued up in a couple of weeks. Can hardly wait.

24 - 26 June? Don't remind me. I wanted to go to that, but something called "work" is interfering. I haven't been to Grattan in 10 years. Love that track.

Sorry yes that's the MCADX event. I'm at 'bogie right now.

Here are a couple from my first season riding on the track with the old bike.... I miss having Filip at 'bogie, he took some great shots.

Nice vid :) Noticed you weren't blipping on downshifts, do you got a slipper clutch? Figured in the rain either would help? And wow does that bike ever buck you off!! Glad you are OK.

I normally did blip with that bike and no slipper clutch. I was a little nervous in the rain and wanted more consistent rear wheel braking so I slipped the clutch myself using the engine braking to help take some stopping power away from the front. It was working well till I got greedy with the throttle lol

here is a vid I made with clips from a bunch of races....a little nicer to watch then that other one

Nice, I use pictures a lot to try and improve my body posture, I also use video to improve my line, i can always tell when I blew a corner or which areas I need to improve on. Last corner exit entering the back straight at Grand Bend was my worse spot, but last weekend I got a lot better at it, I always review the video after every session so i know what to work on for the next one.

Meh, I've been riding long enough now that I'm done working on body position...I've found my style, that's that

I would agree, as I have only been doing the track thing for a few years now. Problem is I only have photos from first season so nothing to compare to. I dont have a single photo of me on the kwak. Same goes for video, I used my former work GoPro and since I have left I am to cheap to get my own. So I know how bad I was the first season, but thats about it. As long as I can stay with the girlfreind lap after lap I know Im doing ok :)
