Top Roads for Motorcycling in the GTA

If you've got a whole day,

Wine route from just over the Hamilton bridge to Niagara. QEW to hamilton (or take lakeshore which is cool but crossing by the bridge is the best way over) then come off the highway and hit the wine route. You won't be nailing twisties too hard as some of the roads are spider web cracks personified but the views roads through beamsville/jordan/Niagara-on-the-lake are awesome. Then at the end you can hit the casinos to recoup before doing it all backwards (or if short on time hammer it on the QEW back)
*bonus, if you are into wine take paniers or a backpack and pick up some awesome finds that you can't get at the LCBO (NO TASTING AT THE WINERIES, sorry for the disclaimer)

snake road is decent if your live in the area. It's really short but it has some good twists.

It's only 5.5KMs long, and you have to luck out with the green lights, but Argentia between Winston Churchhill and Creditview has some nice bends. It's mostly light industry along that stretch. So, there's not much traffic in the early morning hours, but watch for the odd transport truck or sleepy shift worker! If you go all the way to the end, mind the gravel at Tenth Line/Argentia.

Yeah, Argentia may be fun if you do it at over 160kph????
