Yup. She’s bunched up.

No oil, but I’m pretty sure it ate the clutch pushrod. We’ll see in the morning when I open her up.

The choices ARE: defective chain or lack of maintenance. A chain is a pretty simple machine... there's not much that CAN go wrong.

I oil my chain frequently. It has 32,000 km on it and looks like new. One O ring has broken and is protruding. Should I be worried?

Looks like the master link, but I can’t be sure till I get the bunch up cleared. Will take it apart later.
