Too bad MotoMiley and Kneedragger are too far in either direction...
So, I'll give Good Wheel Motors a thumbs up for tire changes. $20 per wheel in the north west GTA area (Keele and Finch). Clean place, took due care and quick enough. They also have lots of bikes for sale. Don't know how their sales side stacks up, but the guys seemed decent enough.
Ken (kneedragger) picks up and delivers the bike. What difference does it make that he is 'too far away'?
I don't think he picks up and drops off bikes just to do a tire change on them for 60 bucks. Unless Ken is really 5 Chinese guys in disguise, working for $4/h and a bowl of rice.

My god, if he does it for that kind of price with pick up and drop off then definitely worth asking.
He may be a charitable organization as well, worth keeping the receipt for a tax write off.
