Is there someone/ or shop that anyone can recommend for tire changes in the west end?

I was looking a couple of month ago, but after one shop quoting about 85 per set (wheels in my hands), I took my business outside of Brampton. There's not much, it's worth to drive 10 minutes further for better options.

$40 tires installed on rims and balanced...(wheels not installed on bike...)

So it's 20 bucks a wheel? I thought they were more like 40 bucks a wheel ....
