Yeah, I gave up on Tim's after they stopped making stuff in-store. Everything there tastes like garbage now, like a bad McDonald's knockoff.

Shes a bright girl, formerly of Starbucks and Holt Renfrew so she knows how it should work. The business was sold a long time ago to Cara foods group that made a mess of it and allowed the brand to "wander along" . The founder has now purchased it back and is on a roll to "fix" the place. They have some good ideas and a process to reinvent the brand, but it takes time after a decade of neglect.
