you get a suspension of your licence (all endorsements) for 30 days the first time, plus a fine. it's better to not break the restrictions.

probably a lot, i rode the highway and late at night too, and some other things id rather not say

4 restrictions on m1 - no passengers, no roads with over 80km/h speed limits*, no riding between 1/2 hour after dusk and 1/2 hour between dawn and 0% blood alcohol. it's not hard to go 2 months with out breaking them.

Hahaha, reading between the lines... unless you have a dirt-biking past, I think you'd better wait for the M2 before carrying a passenger.

The restrictions are there for a reason, y'know?

Wouldn't you want some experience under your belt before having a passenger? Assuming this is your first time on a motorbike.
