Ticket Cops At The Forks/Badlands

Everyone knows to avoid forks on days like that, especially on a bike, because it becomes exercise in frustration. I went through there around 9:00 .... it was virtually deserted. On the way back, which was around 10:00, it was getting busy, but went through without being stuck .....

I admire all of you, who go there later in a day ... I'd rather stay home LOL

Stupidity is all the city tourists pulling over in Algonquin park for a bull moose. That part of the story is ok... Stupid part is allowing the kids over the guardrail and about 20 meters from the bull.

2 things on a bull mooses mind this time of year one of them is destroying anything in their way of the other thing on their mind... Neither of these things are something I want him to attempt on me.

I go for the coffee, cute girls and conversation with other riders plus the free wifi lets me work and bad cell reception makes staff work :D
The crowda are an occasional nuisance - chased me out today - swarming with kids and too many drinks in hand around the computer...
Had a good lazy ride home on some of the back roads - sr 22 was nice over toward Guelph but with the sun gone - the colours wash out - warm is good tho....

Crazy busy down near Rattlesnake and the 401 east bound into Toronto was jammed up too.
Glad I'm out of traffic tonight.

donno where your going for that....

There's a festival in October as well, not sure which weekend it is, but it's coming. The weather is usually much cooler tho, so there will be more cages than bikes. If you come up this way, arrive early, and leave early.

One reason I bought a bike with a CVT - had enough of clutching in traffic.
Traffic was not bad today but there were still cops galore.

I have a plated then partially fused left wrist that's now arthritic, and I've never had a problem using my clutch in heavy traffic. Might I suggest.....

Forks is good during the week or at night, forget about the weekends. I live nearby so I usually always go here. Milton has alot of nice views/roads also.

Kerchunck kerchunk kerchunk the ancient art of gear clashing fades into the past along with buggy whips ;)

The forks are an exhilarating experience when it's pitch black at night and empty. More so, when you're 2 upping chicks
