Those politicians….

He's taken lessons from JT and his team on not responding.

Yet another spineless ********* only looking out for himself.
Someone defined a capitalist as a person that would sell you the rope you're going to hang him with, if he could make a profit on it. The NDP has that rope around their neck and is holding onto it with both hands to keep from being strangled.

How many seats is the NDP projected to win if an election was called today?

Considering the probability of a Conservative majority what would the NDP have in the way of governmental input?

Wait, I thought this was a meme.. wtf
It is. It's both racist garbage (and actual racism, not just accused racism) and lies, typical of that sh*tposting BS artist whose literal job is rage farming. Here's the actual project outcome profile from Foreign Affairs:

Results achieved as of the end of the project (June 2019) include: (1) an estimated 208,415 individuals have benefited from the installation of 17,851 household toilets leading to over 162,985 individuals now living in 456 open defecation-free communities. This has significantly decreased diarrhea and other illnesses related to fecal matter; (2) 58 gender and disability friendly latrines and 59 water facilities in health centres were delivered; (3) 36,502 school children have received access to 113 gender and disability friendly school latrines and 129 water facilities; (4) 37,871 young women have received menstrual hygiene management training in 264 schools from 1,185 youth media ambassadors and 9,099 child and youth ambassadors; and (5) 432,000 individuals were sensitised on priority hygiene messages with over 270,000 of these beneficiaries being women and girls.

This is right up there with people saying money for refugees should be given to disabled veterans, but never otherwise advocating for disabled veterans. We can't simultaneously complain about refugees, immigration, etc. while also abandoning developing countries to their fate. We pick one or the other.

One less Liberal MP at the trough. Cons win Toronto 30 year Liberal strong hold but the number of independents and the drips and drabs of those lost votes could have swung things differently.
While the ridiculous number of independents and metre long ballot did bring attention to major flaws in our system, I would be shocked if those votes changed the results at all.

Everything outside of the top five parties added up to 1.8%. If they had all voted liberal, lib would have won by a slight margin. The chance of all of them voting in one direction is very slim.

One guy got zero votes, lots of two's. Back to making it harder to get on the ballot. With close to 40,000 people voting, if you don't have a legitimate chance at thousands of votes, you shouldn't be on the ballot.

I speculate that many of the low count candidates are influencers that want "Ran for MP" on their resumes. Others may have been political science students testing the system.

Don't the candidates get cash for votes. Up the entry fee to $5K and get a dollar a vote refund.

There was an organized group that filled the ballot. The "Longest ballot committee" wanted to remind JT about his failed promise to scrap first past the post.

76 out of the 84 names were part of that movement and did not campaign. Their entire role was making the ballot unwieldy. They don't need to live in the riding and you could email LBC and get your name on the ballot if you wanted.

Replace Liberal MP at the trough, and replace with a Con MP at the trough....

The trough still has the same amount of pigs.
