You realise you completely invented a charge out of nothing, right? The OP didn't appear to do anything wrong, but since he was in a cage all of a sudden everyone seems to want to blame him for ****? This is such a symptom of the blameless child mentality, seriously. Grow up people.
Sorry, I got the charge wrong. Take a look at Rob MacLennan's post 41 on the Re: How do you deal with generally unpleasant people? thread.
"And, just for the sake of argument, what he did is considered 'performing a stunt' under HTA 172.
8. Driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention, without reasonable consideration
for other persons using the highway or in a manner that may endanger any person by,
i. driving a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates an intention to prevent another vehicle from passing,
There have been cases in which drivers have been charged after the fact."
Take a closer look at the video. Before 40 seconds, the OP's just sitting there at the same speed as the guy in the outside lane. At 40 seconds, he steps on it. Why? Because he looks in his mirror and sees the rider coming up on the outside and wants to close the door on him? Seems deliberate to me, especially considering the mad-on the OP has for this rider.
