Take a closer look at the video. Before 40 seconds, the OP's just sitting there at the same speed as the guy in the outside lane. At 40 seconds, he steps on it. Why? Because he looks in his mirror and sees the rider coming up on the outside and wants to close the door on him? Seems deliberate to me, especially considering the mad-on the OP has for this rider.

From what I saw of the video, I think Face is exactly correct.

IMO a cop could have charged all three vehicle operators. But the one I would have emulated in the same situation is the biker.

This kind of riding would definitely get the attention of a traffic cop.

And for all of you who have a problem with the dash cam, drive/ride normally and it won't affect you in the least. And just because someone isn't a police officer doesn't mean they shouldn't contribute to upholding the laws of our society.

people like these are the ones giving us a bad name.

Person turning into their own driveway on hwy6 gets rear ended by a gage doing 80-100 kmh. Bike was embedded infront of car. Butt went through the windsheild back broke on roof line. Paralized. That is one of the reasons ins. Is so high. Probably because gager was calling 911 on some crazy rider!
