This is one heck of a storm

My whole neighbourhood got flooded, some people were waist-deep in their basements. Fortunately (kind of) for me mine also flooded last year and I had already ripped all the flooring and possessions out of it... but yeah, ****** buzz. State Farm is gonna be buuussssyyyy tomorrow.

People will be in big surprise when they find out Canada does not cover flood damages only sewage backup damages. Lots of Calgarians unfortunately found out the hard way too few weeks ago.

I have a rental property near 407 and 427. Is that area flooded?

Didn't seem that bad when I drove by there the other day.

Most of the flooding on the 427 happened near/south of the 401

Just an aside: there was a whole documentary on this and how McDonalds made her look like a retard when there really wasn't a reason for coffee to be that hot at any point in time. I haven't seen it yet, but it looks like McDonalds won that campaign since she's often cited as the example of people who sue for dumb things.

Also, I'm waiting on that picture of the dude who was kayaking through downtown Toronto.
I saw it, the lady was an older woman and she had some serious burns, her legs looked like a piece of chicken after you let it burn in the BBQ

I used to think that was a stupid settlement but I am glad she won, there is no reason for coffee to be that hot
