Thinking of Trading my Honda Shadow 750 in for a Honda VTX 1800R

If you can find one for a price you like can I make a suggestion?

Kawasaki VN2000. I had one.
It's NOT top heavy and VERY fluid at low speeds. More power than the VTX and HUGE low torque. Around 125ft lbs at the rear wheel and roughly 100 rwhp. Same weight as the VTX. A pain in the backside to wheel around a garage but super easy to ride and they just go fantastic.

My friend owns a VTX1800 and he salivated over my V2K after riding it.

Nice...look, I like it but did a quick search on Kijji...not many out for sale and especially in my price range. I really got look into this one or try another VTX out to see how it feels, the one I tried had hard bags and windshield and highway pegs all adding extra weight that could be one reason also.

Now after some researching into the 1 liter + bikes, I've narrowed it down to the Yamaha Road Star Warrior a 1600cc bike, with an aluminum frame, brakes and rims borrowed from it's cousin the R1. I spoke to a seller who also had a 750 Shadow before the RS Warrior, and he said the same regarding the VTX 1800 feeling like a tank and top heavy, he said the RS is fluid like the 750.

As mentioned earlier the V-rod was an option but the price point is too high for me right now. I can pick up the RS bikes in the same price range as the VTX 1300 or 1800, so that's a major plus. Also I like the look of the warrior as much as the VTX!

Any thoughts?
