Those are not the stock carbs. These carbs sell for $1700usd new.

Last fall, I found a Thruxton in New York for about $5k with some mild upgrades. The dollar was strong but, the timing wasn't.
So, if you can wait for the off season, or at least have some patience and just keep your eyes open through out the year, you'll likely come across something in your price range and hits the right attraction factor.
