Thinking of buying a big boy bike

Ready to ride with the big boys!

Great option for a weather beating tourer. Those bikes are workhorses - made for mile munching. Should give you years and miles of service.

I wouldn't worry about the top box, they are cheap if you really want one. I find the only time I need one is when I'm touring, and for that a 45-60l bag is way more practical and convenient.
 
At first I assumed I'd need a top box, but the side luggage boxes are pretty big. I have a large drybag if I need more storage

Worst possible place to carry a load on a motorcycle. They catch wind like crazy and make mounting and dismounting hazardous.
Great way to make your bike look less attractive to a thief.

You need to open your eyes if you want to feel 10,500 (redline).
 
15,000 is better
 
it makes breathing difficult, you have to remember to breath once in a while.
