thinking of a 250cc or similar size

wow thats a big down size Op...... i think 600ss would be best suited, not saying a 250 is not fun but i think the lack of power well get you bored quickly....self control is key when ridind any size...

Ya the hayabusa was too much for me, yes I did repect it but still that much power for the street is silly... Can never use it, and I was always under the impression the 600's are FAST, ya I'll admit the hayabusa was fast and open my eyes a few times but trying to drive it through city and towns sucked 1st gear was useless it would chatter like I'm driving to slow and 2nd gear was to much lol... I'll have to get out and check some bikes out and test drive some 250's (honda/kawi) and the 400r kawi and a pair of 600's either ninja or cbr... I love suzuki always have had em but love the style of the ninja and cbr's

Yes downsizing from a hayabusa lol... I want something that gonna really move when I want it to but don't wanna be flying how fast do the 250's actually go real world numbers of coarse, I'm really liking the kawi 250's in all black and fender eliminator and a bit larger rear tire

Really move compared to what, the busa? Still confused with your choice and reasoning, but that's ok.

Your going from corvette to chevette....i get the hayabusa is over kill but a 250

So I should defintly look into a 600 then ? What do those bikes usually top out at ? Something that tops out around 200 but gets there like a rocket would be ideal...

I don't want a slow turd, I don't want anything rediclous fast, I want something that quick but not overly quick...

Like comparision for me would be a 14-17sec 1/4mile car is slow, 11-13sec 1/4 mile car quick 8-10 second 1/4mile is fast

They made those until 2007.. but there are other similar bike out there. If you get something that isn't bleeding edge, you can save a fortune and get a lot of motorcycle for your money.

Ya been looking around on kijiji and such lately see'ing what's on there ... Reason behind wanting a bike too is I have my M2, and don't want it to go to waste and lose it due to experation before doing my full M test, so thought about a cheapy tiny bike or borrowing or renting but no one around my area rents bikes (mildmay).... My hayabusa is already gone sold it last summer... Hope I get back to work soon too then I can start saving for a bike possibly...
