$1 says it's legit but the seller is leaving something out of the pictures/description. I smell something specific behind the "as-is"

So I asked and apparently the "as is", is because he hasn't ridden the bike in 2 months and this weekend will be the first time he's turning it on for people to see.

It is half price... what do you expect? Even if it needs a new engine it is a good price....

I'd walk away. Nothing but showroom condition for my $3800 baggers. Or, i guess i'd get him to give it to me for $500 and just ignore the 100's of phone calls he's getting.
