Because it's an undesirable bike with 147K on it. ... Unless the poor seller made a mistake with mileage.

Personally I don't consider a growler exhaust and led headlights "upgrades" but to each their own. I'm also not impressed by the price but whatever.

Truly what are the chances a GS500 motor could make 147,000 km. Even less likely living in the city they get hot in stop and go traffic.

2003 GSXR 636 22K I'm thinking this is before pic of the bike.

Since it already had a custom paint job before it got crashed this time, this was probably not the first time it has been sidewalk surfing.

When they don't post pics of a crashed bike, my suspicion is this probably belongs in the unreasonably priced bike thread.

I think the rest of it would give up first. I don't hate GS500s but it was definitely the cheapest feeling bike I have ever owned

I would guess he means to say it has a 636 piston kit?
There is a first gen r6 track bike, with suspension plastics etc on gta for $1500....ready to go.

So 2001 USA ninja 250 plus a Yamaha Radian 600 for $1000 asking price. Not bad projects.

not a bad price nice bikes.

yeah, I liked the colour scheme for that year
silver paint, silver engine
good price, would make a really nice street fighter project
ditch the cracked fairing
work out a headlight and small screen solution
