The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

Yes, the reliability is like a grenade with the pin pulled out. I want this sooooo bad though

Those are usually pretty reliable... ;)

LOL, I didn't see the ad, I was just commenting on the grenade! But now that I see it's an SXV, it all depends on the history. That's about the going rate for a visually good condition stocker in running condition with no problems that hasn't been resealed by a reputable company such as Noland or Amauri.

If you want a fun toy, I saw an ad for an RS125 this morning with no km's on it. I am tempted. No idea what the right price is for it.

Upon further inspection, I'm not sure that one is street legal. You could get them street legal but that one may not have the kit. I wonder what colour ownership it has.

Rather an rs250. Rare as hens teeth now.

The sxv? @Relax I'd love one. Don't care for the maintenance... Rode in the bush yesterday with a kid on a street legal husky 501. He had to rebiluild the engine at 130 hours. Spun a crank bearing... 3 grand later...

Didn't even grenade. He noticed brass coloured flakes in the oil.

But... the 501 will wheelie in 6th. Not getting that kind of power out of something reliable.

Were there street legal RS250's? I thought only 125s in Ontario. They are getting old enough that you might be able to bring one in. VRRA had an RS125 and RS250 running. Awesome. The 125 sounded amazing and was carrying tons of speed through four, the 250 won from the back IIRC.

motorcycle lift $350

Windsor, though. Factor in gas and a new one with warranty on sale might not be that much more. Also beware that's a stock photo, not the actual lift for sale.
