Iffy, but if the year is indeed correct, I think the price is ok?
1985 Yamaha Seca 400 with 5517km for $1000 obo as-is: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-street-crui...00/1351501297?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true

Thing is I can't find much info for 1985 using google & the Mitchell Whale online quote tool don't have it listed under the 1985 Yamaha models, 1984 is the newest year that it shows up under.

Nice cheap restoration project I think:
