Just as a small counter to Priller's post.
My current Apple Watch version 6 is 5 years old and chargers to 80% in 1 hour so that really nullifies the "can't get sleep data". 1.5 Hr 0 to 100%.
I hate being tethered to a phone but find the convenience of having extensive useful data on my wrist nullifies that.
As a rider - crash detection is a real bonus.
As an oldster fall detection as well.
I have an unresolved tachycardia condition and it is reassuring to be warned.
Having, wind, temp and rain at a quick glance without hauling out a phone a big plus.
Answering message and phone calls from wrist real Dick Tracy stuff and again....no chasing the phone.
