The aesthetics and riding position I can get use to, it's something I wouldn't mind riding.

The first one is the Akira motorcycle. Works well in a cartoon, not so great in real life.

Second motorcycle is just long with highway pegs.

I'm 50/50 on this one. I like the aggressiveness of the seating position and the sensation of being exposed to the environment on a motorcycle. This looks more like a tricked-out scooter. Although, if they can make that front end strong enough to withstand a crash and keep the rider alive, I just might bite. I'm thinking it would tear into a vehicle like a bullet.

google "feet forward motorcycles". This concept has been around forever.

Looks like riders will have monster abs after riding this bike for a few thousand kms

Looks like a DN-01
My thoughts exactly...

when it comes to supercars, i feel like we've already reached the pinnacle of engineering perfection

for motorcycles i too feel we've come a long way

the future will probably be just more power and stability, and a shift toward equivalent electric/solar-power driven bikes

Seems like a sweet ride. The bike not so much

Great for Harley riders, and other persons who just want to look good, but have no idea what a bike was designed for!

Me thinks the sport bike riding position is paramount to maximizing performance. Once the rider position is changed to sitting back handling is diminished.
Sure if someone wants to look kool and fast but if your not fast what's the point?
OK maybe if the motorcycle dynamics are different e.g some huge change in design mass center... it might be kool.
