Not even a "California Stop." Yeah, that's pretty common around here. It's not unusual for me to almost get hit from behind, because people assume that I'm going to blow through stop signs when there are no visible cars on a cross street.Notice he went before the other light turned red, to beat the advanced green. Also, I don't see an arrow for those people making the right turn.
Wasn't common when I left. Everyone seemed to be afraid of getting hit by traffic coming the other way. It was much more common here, which took some getting used to. I had put it down to being so close to the border, but it seems to have spread westward. Not even a "California Stop." Yeah, that's pretty common around here. Obviously amazon doesnt give a crap. Show up, tell them how many packages you want and they hand them over.these twitter posts are priceless. every day there's a new one to make you scratch your head.
I agree. The number of plates that are essentially a grey rectangle is insane and every one of them should be stopped/ticketed/confiscated. Even dealership plate surrounds are technically illegal so how people can get away with having plates that can't be read by a driver 20 feet behind their vehicle astounds me.I don't understand why they don't seem to be charging people with tinted license plate covers. I'm seeing more and more of them on the road.
