hey man, i got a green light, 100% not at fault even, good to go forward, blinders full on!
then you have squirts on bikes just thinking green is the game,
but heh, it's cell phone cagers, let's go honking around about it, why?
cos i got a cam & utube to make my case lol ..gimme a break,
it's about blinders folks, or the bigger picture
I stand corrected. I personally have never had to merge into that long a line of bikes. The longest that I have come across is about 10, so no problem imo to not merge in.Sometimes there's a long enough line of bikes that you either merge into them or become a safety hazard. Group riders need to understand that they're not one vehicle, they have to be prepared to get separated if traffic dictates it.
Same for car drivers of course. I hate doing the lead-follow in cars because you know the guy behind is going to do stupid stuff in order to try and stay right on your tail.

Do you know the area in that last video? I'm guessing not, from your comment. There's a slight drop to the north there, which would occlude the view of anyone looking in that direction. By the time a driver is into the intersection they would be looking where they were going; not at a 90 degree angle to their direction of travel. That car would effectively come out of nowhere.
Cameras are in direct response to the number of people on the road, who have completely thrown the rule book out the window. Before I started running cameras I was broadsided by a cabbie who tried to pass me, while I was making a well signalled left turn. I was found 50% at fault for being hit when half of my vehicle was on the sidewalk, entering a driveway. He actually went onto the sidewalk to hit me.

understand cams can be useful, but, dream on in the court/farce of utube,
cams can also distract the user about right in your face on the road heads up stuff, as far as bottom lines go
just cos u have a cam, may mean diddly squat & even incriminate u
You need to translate your posts into English so that us older folk can understand them.

Lolz I used to think the same thing until I realized that he's been riding for about as long as I've been alive!
It would be nice if you could cut the text-speak and type in full sentences.
might consider that english is not necessarily the first language of all, particularity in the gta
and some may even be afflicted with dyslexia, others would call that differently enabled,

A camera is an impartial observer. It could protect me. It could incriminate me (if The Crown can make a case for it being taken). If I'm dead it can tell the story of why, then maybe help someone else to stay alive. A camera isn't going to distract me because it's turned on, then it runs. I don't screw around with it because that's good for points and a hefty fine. *Oh, and because it's bloody dangerous*

squirt bikers are like ants, doesn't take much to squirt all over us, or make us mush,
best to ride heads up, at all times,
as in the bigger picture vs i got a green, good to go
also lived/survived, after a life changing left turn in front of me deal & IT WAS UGLY, to fortunately be able to talk/function further.
nevertheless, any pilot also knows, that the the basic licence, is nothing more than a licence to learn
I would say this is true of most cams, but I've come across a few that mount over your existing rear view mirror and contain a live display; I would argue this could be a visible distraction, particularly at night.
