yeah its nice it looks good and is a really good car too

Coworker test drove one and said it was the best vehicle he's ever driven. If he had the money he'd buy one. That's the closest I've come to real experience of it. Apparently you can test drive them at Yorkdale for free.

Woman ran over a piece of metal that punctured the battery and the car warned her after there was a problem. She kept driving and it caught on fire. Not a manufacturing or design problem

I didn't read the article. Doesn't concern me, I thought it would fit this thread

If she was making sammich's like a good girl there wouldn't have been an issue :D

I have a client with a roadster who absolutely loves it. Granted it's not his daily car but he does take it out quite a bit and he's said it's never let him down yet. The thing went like hell too. Just weird accelerating like that and not hearing a sound other than the wind :D

roadster not even in the same league as the S

I'm aware of that but it's the only experience I have with tesla. Thought it might help to hear a positive.

I don't have the tesla s, but I spoke to an owner who had one when he was near my store. He loved it, had an very high wow factor. Very different from what is out there. Drive was smooth and comfortable. Only problem he said was that there is very little infrastructure here for tesla as compared to US or California. You really need to have good tow service and good luck trying to get a mechanic who can do any work on it.

If I'm not mistaken Tesla sends a tech out to you if something is wrong that can't be rectified with a modem.

I know a guy who was in on the ground floor of the company and has a Model S at each of his houses. He's got plenty of cars and uses the Teslas as his daily drivers. Really loves the S, but wasn't so hot on the Roadster's build quality.

Not bad for an eco-snob car.

lol. I can only imagine the look on a corvette drivers face when you and your family of 4 spank him in an electric grocery getter, all while sipping your starbucks cappuccino and throwing back your scarf around your neck.

Im not sure what was up, but the vet should have been quicker in the 1/4 by a second.
