Taking a Bike to the Face

A thread on this crash is on the R6 Forum I believe... sounds like the guy sliding on his face is a control rider for the track day
 
Was there something wrong on the track? At 0:12 one rider is waving his left arm and really letting off. At 0:31 (need to watch fullscreen) there is a booth on the right with a red flag waving.
 
Yes, posters said that red flags were out and it seemed that the Control Rider did not see the red flags, then drilled the guy exiting the track while he was about to start another lap

Control rider? Isnt a red shirt worn to indicate the rider is new down USA way. Would explain things a bit better, too focused on the track and not noticing the marshals.

Guy that got hit is the dick for stopping and not giving an arm or a leg ir anything. His fault

True. A lot of people are commenting on that as well. He could have been way more left as well, instead of like on the racing line and then hanging a left into the pits.

Not if the whole red flag thing is true. You see a red flag you immediately throw an arm or a leg out.

A couple turns before another guy throws and hand up like he's going to exit the track. So pit in was probably back there
 
Oh really?? I only watched it twice but I thought the pit in was at the scene of the crash. Also that was in regards to the guy that got his *** drove up.

I haven't read the R6 forum but it looks to me like the first guy waving his arm saw the red flag and let up. The other three did not until pit in when the first guy either saw the flag and let up or just happened to be letting up to pit in but either way no arm, leg or anything = nasty crash.
