I've tried a few places. There was one across from Vaughan Mills mall called 'La Taquizza', this one was alright...not the best of the lot. It was pricey for a burrito there.

Then there was one I tried near the Toronto Congress Center (Mississauga Area) I don't know the name of the venue but it's right beside the Harvey's there. They sell the 'BIG *** BURRITO' there, so far that one was pretty good. I'd actually recommend that one.

And I tried a place when I went to 'Taste of Danforth', I also don't remember the name of the venue but it's around danforth. Update: I THINK it's called 'The Burrito House'.

So depending on which area you're in you might want to try them out.

I haven't found the perfect burrito place for me that would keep me coming back yet. However when it comes to falafel, I've tried a TON of places and so far Me-va-me is THE BEST falafel place I've eaten at. As for Pho, I've tried many Pho restaurants. Best one was Pho 88 on Steeles and Warden.

Best pho in the city is Pho Ga (chicken Pho) at the Red Red Noodle in the food court in the Village by the Grange at Dundas and McCaul (the crappy mall between OCAD and the police station).

You can take that to the bank.

- Ma-Ve-Ma was by far not the best falafel, it wasn't even all that good.
- Pho 88 was ok, nothing special
- Chipotle was disgusting, ordered their burrito, they gave me a bowl instead and said **** it I took one bite and spit it out it was that disgusting, their food was so over seasoned from salt I didn't care, threw it in the garbage and opted to never go back

Grand electric is nice, didn't really have too much to compare it to but they had some tasty tacos, I think I would compare them to a new fusion style tacos and would definitely go back.

There was one place I liked that I think had just as good tacos to Grand Electric which was la carnita, their Mexican food was something tasty and would be considered more modern than authentic.

As far as burritos go, Fat Bastard Buritos makes a tasty burrito and and pretty comparible to Burrito Boys/Burrito Bandidos (same company that split).

Would like to try some of the above places mentioned.

If you're out Oakville way try Pitas and Burritos at Lakeshore and Kerr - great food and the guys behind the counter are fantastic. One of them rides too. Their burritos and falafels kept me alive when I lived there and never a bad one! I still go back at least once a summer for the food and conversation.
