I was there the other day, and he's got a used hysoung scooter on the floor. I asked Ralph how much it is, and he says (politely enough) that he doesn't know, it's a good bike but he just has to do some paperwork on it. He said it'd be $2500-$2800. Not bad, I guess. Figuring there'd be an odd response, I asked if he'd take in the neighbourhood of $2.3K, and he says no... I kind of wait for a counteroffer or something, but he just tells me he's got to deal with some things, and isn't in a hurry to sell it. He claims he'll probably wait till next year to move it while taking a bit of a loss holding it.
It seems strange to me that a dealershp (if TO Cycle can be called that), or any store, isn't motivated to move their stock. Maybe they end up giving/selling vehicles to friends/relatives?
