What a zoo on saturday, had to park way on the other side of the rail tracks! The wife got a nice pair of Icon boots. Too bad there isn't a very good selection in ladies sizes, but they fit nice and are not clunky so she should be able to shift and brake a little better than her Doc's.

I stopped by Velocity and had Jimmy measure me up and put down my $$$ for a custom two piece suit!!!, I'm pumped, really looking forward to delivery! What a nice bunch of guy's. Customer service at it's best!

Towards the end of the day, places were marking down. One place had everything for $10 or less, it was mostly for cruisers so didn't find anything useful.
I bought chain lube - $2/can, I went back for more but, it was sold out.
Gloves from Bickle Racing - got free hat, dyno pull complimentary of champion cycles :)
Couple Heat in a click - heat packs.

just bought a helmet for the gf as planned. got to sit on some bikes that werent at the december show and was happy to see it so busy.
 
Got some Bates Riding Boots and a nifty little clip on cruise control device. Both from GPBikes.

Havent been to this show in a few years - glad I went.

that's how it was at a Shannonville trackday...There was no passing but I couldn't resist zipping by supersports in the corners on my 250...I only rode up to the intermediate level though...

Dude its like a biker convention...they're their to represent and show their colours, so let em wear what they want... Half the patches I saw were "In memory of..." or from rides they'd been on.

I saw one guy in a outlaw biker cut and he was 5'5 old bald gummy bear looking fella...I did get a laugh out of that.

Also yes, I was wearing my Akra jacket but I was also a handful of guys who rode, I didn't see any sportbike other than me.

seriously now you guys are making fun of poor legless bastards on a mobility scooter?? Maybe the guy lost em in a "hardcore" accident...you should've asked him.
 
Kinda dissapointed. Spent 6 bucks on ice cream got hustled on some heat pads lol. Was mainly looking for lids and Royal seem to have the best deal on Arai's $638 no tax on RX-Q they just didn't have the design I was looking for oh well. I liked the December show better probably cause I like looking at bike porn most of the time.
 
I bought a pair of gloves from the velocity booth....(may have been a mistake), after I got home and tried them with my jacket, they don't fit too well over the sleeves
 
I spent alot of the show lookin at the Nightrod...with the girlfriend saying how am I gonna ride on the back of that thing? I kept sayin it'll be better than the Buell...I'm gonna get a back rest...and put some gel in the seat...lol. Still mad as hell...20g's and no easy chair for her...at least not this time.

Nice to see sombody with a pair. Good for you. Have been there myself in the past. Slept in every room in the house including the car in the garage, just for somewhere different. No longer with her, thank God.

I've been in the same boat since the December show and dropping a thousand bucks on track school. Not sure what she's going to say when I finally purchase the new one piece as well...lol. Even better is at every opportunity she has she now refers to me as "Boy Racer"...lol. Good thing the dog house is pretty big.
 
I put down a deposit on a 2013 Street Triple R. Delivery sometime in Feb. Matte Graphite.

Sooooo excited!
